Job Description

Senior Sales Executive - Waterproofing Solutions

We seek a high performing executive to drive business development and manage key client relationships for specialist waterproofing solutions across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This leadership role combines technical expertise in membrane systems, PU foam, and polyurea with proactive sales strategy to secure high-value contracts while representing WP Waterproofers as the UAE's technical authority in waterproofing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting developers, main contractors, consultants, and facility managers for roof, podium, basement, and pool waterproofing projects
  • Lead client presentations, site visits, and technical proposals showcasing system solutions (torch-on, liquid membranes, spray PU foam/polyurea)
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining healthy margins and long-term client relationships
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM, track project tenders, and coordinate with technical teams for method statements and mock-ups
  • Build relationships with material suppliers and manufacturers to access new products and preferential pricing
  • Attend industry events, tender briefings, and consultant meetings to position WP Waterproofers as the preferred specialist
  • Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and specifications to refine sales approach and value propositions
  • Mentor junior sales staff and collaborate with operations for seamless project handovers and client satisfaction

Skills and Experience Required

  • High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction preferred
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience in waterproofing, construction materials, roofing, or specialist contracting in UAE/GCC
  • Technical understanding of waterproofing systems (torch-on bituminous, liquid-applied, PU foam, polyurea, cementitious)
  • Proven track record securing contracts AED 500K+ with developers, main contractors, or consultants
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills (English essential; Arabic advantageous)
  • Familiarity with construction tender processes, BOQs, and technical submittals
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and construction estimation tools
  • Organized, responsible, results-driven with excellent communication skills
