Waterproofing of an open terrace on upper floor of a residential tower intended for outdoor seating and landscaping. System had to withstand irrigation, cleaning water, and daily exposure, while providing long-term leak protection for floors below. Bitumen, cementitious, and polyurea systems were combined to cover all risk zones and compatible with final stone and landscape finishes.

Slab was part of roof of units below, constant wetting, drainage intricacies, transitions and expansion joints, high UV exposure.
