1. Surface Preparation & Screed Correction
• Cleaned and mechanically prepared the concrete slab to remove laitance and debris

2. Bitumen Membrane Sheet Waterproofing – Base Layer
• Torch-applied bitumen membrane sheets installed across the full surface
• Overlaps sealed and upturns applied along all vertical faces and planter bases
• Preformed detailing used around penetrations for added reinforcement
3. Cementitious Waterproofing – Intermediate Sealing
• A two-component flexible cementitious waterproofing coating applied in two layers
